Me and my friends flying off from Kuala Lumpur(LCCT)airport at 8.30am with flight AK896 bound for Chiangmai. We were a bit early and started checking in one and a hour half ahead of schedule. The flight was not delayed as we expected. After 2hours we finally arrived Chiangmai Airport.It took a while for us to clear passport controll and locate our luggages & golf equipments and proceed to the customs and we out at the arrival hall.Despite its up north the weather is still humid and hot.While outside the airport doors the driver from the hotel came up to greet us, a pleasant and jolly guy,he seems to be doing his job and brought us to his van and we started loading our golf equipments and luggages into the van and we are on our way to Chiangmai Highlands Golf & Spa Resort where we were accomodated.
We teed off in the morning and the course was really beautiful and cooling and little hilly at times. We had a four rounds of unlimited golf here.The golfing trip to Thailand was really enjoyable and was a great experience for me and the gang. You want to know how much it cost per head?? yah...guess..airticket with Air Asia, 3 nights accomodation breafast and dinner and 4rounds of golf,approximately RM1000:-This is really price worthy.
